Initial One-on-One
Family Meeting

The One-On-One Initial Family Meeting is an opportunity to understand your inmate’s situation, background and history. At this meeting, our team jointly discusses the steps involved for the parole board preparation. This includes, but is not limited to: scheduling timeframes, provisions of required documents and management of communication with the inmate moving forward. Once there is a mutual agreement made on engagement, a retainer contract is provided. We then start to work quickly to meet the deadlines set before us!

Initial Prison Visit

If an inmate does not have a family member available to visit with My Freedom Services, an initial facility visit can be arranged. At that time, an Inmate Relations Consultant has the opportunity to address questions that arise. This meeting’s purpose is to provide the inmate with a picture of what to expect for the day of their presentation.

The Parole Board
Package Preparation

From the onset of our initial meetings, we prepare our client's file with the collection of their biographical accounting and historical background—including their official court records in order to identify the status of the inmate. There will be additional data compilation to support a safe and stable exit plan from prison into society. We assist in a closing argument to be made by the inmate. This includes how to direct their responses, as they poise themselves, before the parole board.
