Voting Rights Restored for Ex-Felons

April 2018 - NYC Governor Cuomo made an Executive Order that would allow for voting rights of Ex-Felons.  The confusion still remains about the conditions that are set.  If you know about this issue, please feel free to comment on this blog!   

Cuomo tweeted after the announcement, saying "It is unconscionable to deny voting rights to New Yorkers who have re-entered society."
